Advanced Marketing Management is an overview of the advanced topics in marketing. There is an emphasis on target markets, market research, branding, consumer markets and understanding of marketing plans and the components of the plan. Students will be expected to advance their understanding of what areas need to be addressed when developing a marketing plan. Students will identify who marketers target, how to access competition for the product or service offered, as well as, how to market to their target by way of in-store and out-of- store logistics. The course culminates in students learning the important components of the marketing plan and create one for the final project.
