This course introduces to concepts and theories that influence the development and operation of international businesses. Participants will have an introduction to the foundational skills needed to assess international organizational needs. Students will be provided an opportunity for in-depth analysis of international business concepts introduced in the beginning module. Participants will use critical analytical and reflective thinking skills to apply concepts and analyze results.
