This course begins with an introduction to the basics of stress and biology and the effects on our mental and physical well-being and then builds on those basics to provide more detailed information for the student to analyze his/her own stress levels and health, including the effects on our immune system, brain, and well-being. Real world application of different strategies and changes in emotions, behavior, and health to improve our mental and physical well-being will also be addressed.
