This course begins with an introduction to the basic roles and responsibilities of a supervisor. It also explores the relationship between leadership and organizational structure with a focus on the fundamental skills and the expanded scope of responsibilities for supervisors in all stages of an organization. Lastly, this course will also examine the legal and ethical challenges that supervisors face at all levels and sizes of an organization.
